By accessing and using TESTUPS AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
TESTUPS AI is an EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) intelligence platform operated by TESTUPS. The Platform provides AI-powered guidance on EMC standards, testing, compliance, and related engineering topics.
You must register with a valid business email address and provide accurate company information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Personal email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) are not accepted.
Free plan users receive a limited number of questions. Paid subscriptions (Pro, Enterprise Starter, Enterprise Team) provide additional questions and file upload capabilities. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the billing portal.
Paid subscribers may upload files to enhance TESTUPS AI's ability to provide accurate EMC guidance. By uploading files, you grant TESTUPS permission to:
β’ Process and analyze uploaded files to provide you with better EMC consultation
β’ Use the technical content of uploaded files for improving TESTUPS AI's knowledge base and learning capabilities
β’ Store uploaded files securely in TESTUPS AI's infrastructure
TESTUPS AI will NEVER distribute, share, or expose your confidential information, including but not limited to: your name, surname, email address, company name, company address, company website, product model names, product brand names, or any other personally identifiable information β even if such information exists within uploaded files. Technical content may be used for learning purposes only after all identifying information has been stripped.
All EMC guidance provided by TESTUPS AI is for informational purposes. TESTUPS AI does not reproduce copyrighted standards verbatim. The Platform, its design, and its AI capabilities are the intellectual property of TESTUPS.
TESTUPS AI provides guidance based on AI analysis and should not be considered as a substitute for professional EMC engineering services or accredited laboratory testing. TESTUPS shall not be liable for any decisions made based solely on TESTUPS AI outputs. For official compliance testing and certification, please engage TESTUPS professional services.
TESTUPS AI is committed to peaceful, ethical, and environmentally responsible technology. The Platform will not provide assistance for military weapons systems, warfare applications, or any purpose that violates human rights or harms the natural world.
TESTUPS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these terms, abusive behavior, or any activity deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.
TESTUPS may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the TESTUPS entity serving you: TESTUPS Elektronik Ltd. Εti. (TΓΌrkiye), TESTUPS LLC (USA), or TESTUPS Kft. (Hungary).
